Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping for all orders above £80 to UK Mainland destinations.
(UK Mainland includes England, Wales and Scotland, with exception to Scottish Highlands and any islands.)

 Deliveries for orders below £80 to UK Mainland destinations will be chargeable at £10.00 per order.

All our UK Mainland deliveries will be sent out on Next Day Services.

Cut Off Time for fulfilment is 12:00pm noon for working days, next working day for weekends. 

For Deliveries to any other locations including but not limited to some European destinations, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and British Isles, additional shipping charges and/or customs clearance fee will apply.

Due to varying sizes of the products on offer, the shipping availability and costs will vary according to the destination and the products ordered.

Epic-Direct reserves the right to cancel your order for any unfulfillable orders due to any shipping service not being available, regardless of what options you chose on checkout.
